Happy April Fool’s Day everyone! Have you got your arsenal of gags and tricks ready?
April fools doesn’t really go by without me stopping and taking out my best April fool memory. It involves a boy that I had a serious crush on. He used to be my neighbor, then they moved away and I suddenly lost touch with him. Anyway..
I think I was about 8 or 9 years old and my parents and their friends decided to go on a drive to some theme park for April fools. So we were all squished in 1 car. Of course, the kids sat in the back, namely me, Rob (the boy I had a crush on) and my sister Lily. I had little butterflies in my stomach because I was so in love with Rob! LOL
We stop somewhere for a meal, and when we get back on, Rob says, “Sit here, Bea”. I was so thrilled that he asked me to sit with him! I should’ve known! He had his whoopee cushion ready, and the whole restaurant heard my supposed farting noises! Argghhh!!! My 8 year old heart broken by beloved Rob!Sob!
So, wherever you are Rob, Happy April Fool’s! And when you show yourself back to me, I’m sure gonna get you!
