Do you ever have those days when you just feel blah? Well, I seem to be having them today! I can’t really pinpoint what’s wrong, but I just feel kinda down! When you do have these blah days, what do you do? I’m thinking about one or the other of these things, which do you think will work best?
1. Just going back to bed- The thought of spending the day in my PJs is very alluring. There’s no need to go out and worry about anything!
2. Getting an ice cream cone- with a scoop of chocolate of course! I don’t really understand why but ice cream has always seemed like happy food to me!
3.A trip to the mall- maybe to do a little shopping? 2 things though- I’m scared of what I’ll end up getting and if I can afford it!
4.A brisk walk or run- I’ve heard that endorphins from exercise make you happy. Can anyone confirm this?
5.A spa treatment- This sounds so good right about now but again, I don’t think I can afford it.
Help guys! I need a pick-upper and mood lifter! What do you suggest I do? What do you do to kick the blah days away?

Ice-cream and chocolate is definitely my happy food!!!
As for me, I hate shopping…
When I do feel like…today…and I can not eat ice-cream or chocolate (because I am fasting) the best way is to talk to your good friends. I have couple of people that always raise my mood. And kids….my nieces have a talend to raise my mood also
